E-Commerce internship
in our Paris office

Your mission will be very diverse, ranging from online merchandising, managing our second walk offer to client service.
The main tasks will be:
- create new collections and updating our product catalogue in our PIM system
- manage collections in our 6 online stores to highlight and promote products according to our marketing strategy
- manage content for our marketplace offers
- participate in content creation, such as photo shootings
- answer customer requests by mail, chat, phone or Whatsapp
- coordinate activities for our Second Walk platform, one of our sustainability actions
The following skills are required for our future intern:
- passion for digital business, fashion and lifestyle
- sense for customer service and customer relation
- excellent oral and written communication in German and English (other languages like French, Dutch or Polish are a plus)
- solid analytical skills and practical experience (advanced Excel knowledge)
- can do attitude and able to work autonomously
- enthusiastic multi-tasker
You will increase your chances if you already have previous experience in one of those requested areas.
The internship shall start as soon as possible and ideally last 6 months. You will be working in the heart of Paris' fashion district and be part of a multi-cultural and passionated team.
