If you are not satisfied with your order or if the size doesn't fit, you can, of course, return it to us using your right to withdrawal within 14 days from receiving your order.

How does it work?

In order for us to process your return as quickly as possible, please use our returns portal to register your return or exchange and create a label for the return shipment.

We will refund you the purchase price as soon as possible, using the method of payment you used or exchange the item within the limits of available stock.

Please make sure that all returned items are in their original condition and are sent back to us in the original packaging. Of course it is okay to try on an item as you would in a store, but please do not wear items you are returning.

Access the returns portal and enter in your e-mail address and order number.

Select the item for an exchange or refund and specify the reason for return.

You will receive a mail with further instructions, and, if eligible, a pre-paid return label.

Pack your items carefully.

Hand in your package to an indicated postal service and send it to our warehouse:

Once we receive the package, we will proceed to refund/exchange.


What are the return costs?

Returns costs are free for orders placed to United Kingdom, Germany, France, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Poland and Switzerland. For all other countries, the return costs are on charge of the customer.

The costs depend on the distance between the delivery address and our warehouse in Germany; we invite you to check the costs via the website of the postal service corresponding to your delivery country.

Please bear in mind, that if the invoice amount after return is lower than the minimum amount for free shipping, we may deduct the shipping cost.

Can I exchange the product for another size or colour?

It is possible to exchange the product only within the same model for a different size.

Unfortuntaly we cannot reserve any stock, so if you want to be sure to receive the item in a given size, we recommend you to simply return the order and place a new one.
