    Care tips

    As with all Melvin & Hamilton products made of high quality leather, care is also very important for our bags and backpacks.

    We recommend that you clean the leather surface of your bag at regular intervals with a slightly damp cloth in order to be able to care for it afterwards. Cleaning is important to prevent dirt from getting trapped in the leather.

    A colourless care cream such as our Nourishing Cream, which you can apply to your backpack or bag with a cloth or a small brush, is suitable for the care. Allow to soak in briefly and then remove excess care product with a clean polishing cloth or our polishing glove. Polishing gives the leather a beautiful shine.

    The leather corners in particular need regular care and moisturising, as these areas are exposed to heavy wear and tear.
